Cannot say enough great things about Matt and his team. He is friendly, honest and incredibly knowledgeable. I was initially referred to Matt by my former HVAC company when we moved out of their area (from the Washington DC burbs to the Baltimore burbs). I have him to our house 1-2 times per year for maintenance and discussions as to whether it's time to replace our systems (two zones: furnace-A/C and heat pump). He could have told me on his very first visit that we needed to drop lots of money for new systems (they are original, more than 20 years old). Instead we discussed options and he told me that he could probably keep them running for a few years with minimal maintenance, and then at some point we'll have to replace them. So far so good.
